How It Works

This is a consignment sale, so sellers drop off their gear in advance and we help you price it and display it at the swap. Buyers can shop between 10:00am and 3:00pm only. After the event, CyclErie pays the sellers via Venmo for the gear that sold, minus 25% consignment fee. Donated gear is also accepted and we will sell the gear and keep 100%.

1. Sellers

Please bring your gear to one of the drop-off times and we’ll help you fill out a Seller’s Form and create price tags for your gear. The consignment fee is 25% of the sold price for each individual item, to a maximum consignment fee of $300.00 per item. If you don’t want to pick up unsold gear, let us know and we will donate it to riders in need. Items must be priced $20.00 or higher. You can combine multiple items together to reach the minimum of $20.00. Lower priced items can be donated to CyclErie Devo if desired.

2. Donated Gear

You can donate gear directly to CyclErie Devo for the swap, and CyclErie will keep 100% of the sale price! If you itemize your tax deductions, you can take a deduction for the fair market value of your donated items. Be sure to follow IRS rules for non-cash charitable contributions. Please contact us if you have any questions about donating gear.

3. Pricing

Please price your gear to sell. We suggest using bike blue book for bikes, and pricing other gear aggressively so it doesn’t come home with you!  A friendly reminder, this is a fundraiser for CyclErie Devo. We are only accepting items in good, excellent, and new condition. At drop off, CyclErie staff can help price items. Please do not attempt to change the price of the gear you are selling once a price tag has been created. Items must be priced $20.00 or higher. Combine multiple items together to reach $20.00. Lower priced items can be donated to CyclErie Devo if desired.
